Max and Jack bring you their reaction to the breaking news that The Colony Training ground will be ready for next season, with work starting next week.

The club have announced the new facility will have first-team pitches and training area, gym, medical area, changing facilities, staff offices and communal areas being concluded this year.

Longer-term, planning will be sought to further expand the project to house the club's academy and wider community initiatives.

Is this a step in the right direction or will it prove to be another false dawn?
