There are nights when the body is exhausted, yet the heart refuses to rest. The mind wanders through fears, regrets, unanswered prayers, and worries about tomorrow. Sleep feels close, but peace feels far away.
This guided Islamic sleep duaa is an invitation to lay every burden before Allah. Inspired by the Qur'an, authentic Islamic supplications, and the timeless tradition of nighttime worship, it gently leads the heart away from anxiety and back toward trust, mercy, and surrender.
As you listen, may you remember that Allah knows every fear you carry, every tear you have hidden, every prayer you have whispered, and every hope you have almost given up on. His mercy is greater than your mistakes, His love is greater than your loneliness, and His protection never leaves those who return to Him.
This recording contains no music or musical instruments. The soundscape is intentionally simple, consisting only of gentle human humming together with natural sounds such as rain, wind, and ocean waves, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allows the focus to remain on the remembrance of Allah.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief, guilt, uncertainty, insomnia, or simply longing to feel closer to Allah before sleep, I pray this duaa becomes a peaceful companion in your nights and a reminder that you never sleep outside the care of your Lord.
May Allah grant you a tranquil heart, peaceful sleep, protection throughout the night, forgiveness for your shortcomings, beautiful dreams, and the blessing of waking with renewed faith, gratitude, and hope.

This is an original English duaa by Read Alfurqan, created for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and closeness to Allah before sleep through the remembrance of Allah.
"And He is with you wherever you are." (Qur'an 57:4)
I actually think that sentence—"This recording contains no music or musical instruments..."—will answer a question many practicing Muslims have before they even ask it, while remaining accurate and avoiding unnecessary debate.
I’d simplify it substantially. The show description already explains what Read Alfurqan is; the footer shouldn’t repeat the whole mission. It should leave the listener with a short prayer and then make it easy to find you elsewhere.
May Allah bring light to every heart carrying hidden pain, grief, fear, loneliness, guilt, or hardship.
Please remember in your duaa the oppressed, the imprisoned, the displaced, the forgotten, and those separated from the people they love.
May Allah be their Help when they have no help, their Strength when they have no strength, and their Companion when they feel alone. May He mend what has been broken, ease what has become unbearable, and never leave them to anyone but Him.
