  • Writing adventures and happily ever afters with award-winning author Jane Porter
A small town girl at heart, Jane Porter was born in Visalia, California.
She loved the central California's golden foothills, oak trees, & the miles of farmland. In her mind, there's nothing sweeter in the world than the heady fragrance of orange blossoms on a sultry summer night.
As a child, she spent endless hours staring out the window, dreaming of far off places, fearless knights, & happy-ever-after endings. If she wasn't thinking of imaginary worlds, Jane had her nose in a book.
During middle school, Jane's family moved to Europe for a year and Jane discovered a huge & wonderful world with different cultures & customs. In high school and college, she studied internationally, living in Ireland, South Africa, and Japan.
After years of traveling and studying, she earned Bachelors degree from UCLA in American Studies as well as her Masters in Writing from the University of San Francisco and then teaching jr. high and high school English.
But those fictitious worlds she dreamed about simply wouldn't go away, so Jane put pen to paper and by March 2001, her first book The Italian Groom, was published by Harlenquin Presents.
To date, Jane has over 65 books in print in both romance & women's fiction genres.
Her latest book, Montana Cowboy Daddy, is out now.

  • The timelessness of Jane Austen with contemporary romance author Rachel John
Rachel John started her storytelling career by telling her younger sister grand tales of pricesses to get her sibling to fall asleep.
Over the years, she kept telling stories through artwork and scribbling book ideas on scraps of paper, keeping her wild imagination flowing until finally, she decided to write it all out.
To date, she has over a dozen books in print and many more ideas on the way.
She loves to read anything with romance or humor, and thinks the best books should combine the two.
She's a terrible cook, but unfortunately for her family, she keeps trying. Rachel lives in Arizona with her husband, four crazy kids, and her desert tortoise.
Her latest release, Dashing Into Disaster: An Austen Inspired Romantic Comedy is a modern take on Sense and Sensibility, bringing Elinor and Edward together in an entirely new way.
You can find Rachel at her website, Amazon author page, Facebook, Goodreads, and Instagram.

  • Sports, romance, and writing with author Tracy Solheim
Tracy Solheim's creative writing career began in the 4th grade when she published her first book.
It was a bestseller–mainly because her dad bought all ten copies she made on the school’s prehistoric Xerox machine.
From there, she moved to writing a monthly column in a local newspaper. A bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee landed her in Washington, DC, writing reports for Congress while pursuing a Master’s degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University.
Other than a brief gig with NBC Sports at the (1988) Seoul Olympics, most of her early writing consisted of crafting lengthy government reports, but in May 2013 her dream of becoming a published author came true with the release of her debut novel, GAME ON.
Her latest book, Just for Kicks, is the first of her newest series.
Find Tracy at her website, FB, IG, Goodreads, Pinterest, and BookBub.

  • Permission to Laugh with author Honey Parker
Careful-ish is Honey Parker’s first novel, but not her first written words.
She’s co-authored several business books, written and sold several screenplays which, as per Hollywood tradition, are circling various levels of that place known as Development Hell.
Honey is a veteran advertising writer and creative director for big agencies in New York and Los Angeles, she eventually co-founded her own creative shop in Park City, Utah.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, Honey began doing standup comedy in clubs and on TV, and won the coveted title of Funniest Person In Advertising, which brought no sash nor cash.
Honey is married to her best friend and business partner, Blaine Parker and in their spare time, they run an ad agency, speak to small-business owners around the globe about profitable branding, and co-host the weekly podcast, CoupleCo: Working With Your Spouse For Fun & Profit. As the most amateur of athletes, they’ve raced together in full and half marathons and triathlons.
Honey’s other “accomplishments” include being a performer at various Club Med locations around the world, sailing in the North American Fireball Championships despite the fact she cannot sail, and sparring with the World Female Boxing champ, a feat for which Honey is most proud that she neither bled nor cried.
