Dustin and Jonathan are the co-owners of Convoy Home Loans, a lending business they launched in early 2021. Since starting their business, they have already funded a staggering $3.4 billion in real estate volume. They manage a robust team of about 53 to 55 staff members, which includes roughly 27 to 28 loan officers and 15 processors. Despite running the entire operation, both founders lead by example as top producers who still actively originate loans and handle their own clients.

A massive 90% to 95% of the loans they originate are dedicated specifically to real estate investors. Their bread and butter is DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans.

About 70% of their investor portfolio consists of DSCR or 30-year fixed alternative loans (like bank statement or asset depletion loans), while the remaining 30% covers typical fix-and-flips, buy-and-holds, and ground-up builds.

Bobby Casey is an international tax lawyer, lifelong entrepreneur, and the founder of Business Anywhere and Global Wealth Protection. Raised in North Carolina in a highly entrepreneurial family, Bobby was trading stocks by age 14 and discussing tax optimization and corporate structures at the family dinner table.

Fiercely independent, Bobby has never held a traditional corporate job. He started his first business (wholesale products) at age 19, followed by a tree service company at 20. By 21, he launched a company he successfully ran and sold 12 years later. His extensive business background also includes buying and selling a restaurant, as well as investing in commercial real estate, raw land, and office buildings.

After hiring an asset protection consultant in his mid-20s, Bobby was inspired to learn the trade himself. Around 2008, he formalized his consulting work into Global Wealth Protection. Later, out of his own necessity to automate the tedious process of renewing his many LLCs, he built a software platform that eventually became Business Anywhere (launched in 2020). Today, that platform is seeing 80% year-over-year growth and has served up to 20,000 entrepreneurs. He also owns a professional trust company with operations in the Caribbean (Anguilla) and England.

Bobby embodies the ultimate location-independent lifestyle. He has traveled to 100 countries, lived in 11 of them, and serves clients globally. He currently owns a two-level apartment in Latvia and joined this podcast recording while staying in Dubai!
