This is a conversation with James Lawley, a leading developer of Clean Language Interviewing (CLI) and its corresponding verification technique.

Although it was only meant to be 15 minutes, James was on fire about Clean Language Interviewing and gives some great examples of its use and usefulness to both academics and business.

Creating holiday heaven with three simple questions.
