When we think of having a successful relationship we think about communication, respect, commitment, etc. and those things are contributing factors to building a successful relationship. However, before you can build you must first have a solid foundation. In this Episode I give you 3 Foundational Concepts that will help you to have a Successful Relationship.

Finding love can be difficult but landing a healthy and monogamous relationship can be a greater task. In this episode, I discuss seeking a monogamous relationship while dating multiple people. Should you place all of your eggs in one basket? Is it okay to do if you are not exclusive? Dating multiple people does not mean that you are intimate with them it simply means that you are getting to know them. In the culture and the climate in which we live you have to be very cautious. People perceive things differently and communication and understanding is very important but so it being self aware. Unfortunately, we do not live in a one size fits all type of society. In this episode I discuss how someone from my past recently contacted me. I discuss my reaction and if he was a good guy or a not so good guy and what you should do if someone from your past that you dated were to contact you. It all depends on if they were toxic or not and if they were toxic have they've since grown from who they use to be. Maturity plays a huge role in allowing people back into your life.
