Frank is a distinguished independent investigator and researcher with a career spanning over three decades in the study of unexplained phenomena. He also received certification from the esteemed American Parapsychological Research Institute of Sherman Oaks, California.
Early in his career, Frank also was privileged to be mentored and assisted by Mr. James McDermot, former director at the Institute, collaborating on numerous cases throughout the New England area. Upon Mr. McDermot's retirement in 1979, Frank established an independent practice, primarily focusing on the rigorous research and investigation of UFOs and haunting/ghostly phenomena.
