Social media websites are literally doing nothing to stop scammers from parting those hard-earned dollars that you have from you and into their pockets.

No matter what the situation is they will try to make themselves look as legitimate as possible and will ultimately at the end of the day likely if not definitely prey on anyone they can to take their money!

Real estate agents can't go 5 minutes without hearing somebody cite something related to Zillow. That's not the problem. The problem is that it is oftentimes highly inaccurate.

Zillow has been trying to do a lot to fix their inaccuracies, but in my opinion what they have been doing has been causing more harm than good.

Solar panels are slowly becoming a more prevalent part of everyday life in conversation here in New York.

Many homeowners have invested into getting solar panels for their property, but when does it make sense to actually have them? What does the future hold for New York and solar panels?

Sidenote: regarding the rumor that there will be a property tax reduction as a result of getting solar panels that is allegedly being considered by the government: if anything, it may be a reduction of your general taxes. Your property taxes are made up of two elements, your general taxes (which include the police, fire, roads, etc), And your school taxes. Your school taxes are the major contributor to your property taxes. It is extremely doubtful that your school taxes would be affected by any reduction as a result of having solar panels which means that the general taxes would be affected and those taxes are the minor of the two. This would also adversely affect the state's ability to collect income since the police and roads for example, are not impacted by a homeowner's use of solar panels.

Believe me my jaw hit the ground also, but how could this possibly be??

I thought that the market was on a downturn and that homeowners were no longer able to sell for extreme amounts?
