Cyber Bullying, although the majority of people may think it only occurs with children online, that's really not the case! In this episode we discuss the ways in which children and adult's can get bullied and manipulated online, how to deal with such encounters and how we can avoid them in the future; with some personal instances of cyber bullying that we have been involved in. 

We believe it's so important to take steps to understand how to deal with incidents online, as this world continues to grow into the technological dominated arena we are all too familiar with. So we watched that Oprah interview, with Harry and Meghan; it's safe to say a lot was covered in that tv special that shocked a lot of us. Nevertheless, there were three main topics of conversation that we believe are vital in exploring, mental health, Racism and the media. In this episode, emotions surface up and take formation in anger and disappointment.

After listening to this episode, we encourage you to make a decision on which of the three topics mentioned (mental health, racism or the media) is closest to your heart and open up a question involving it. If you find yourself not wanting to discuss any of these... we encourage you then to have the conversation with yourself as to why not? Because you may just be adding to these issues staying silent.
