Real Courage, Real Change

Joy is having a solid inner knowing that can't be shaken by our external world. At this level, people want to be around you and love to be in your presence!

Love is the embodiment of your own truth. It's the seeking of truth fire the sake of truth itself and it's sharing this with others.

Reason is the ability to be respectful and discerning of your own truth.

At the level of acceptance, we have confidence and are sure of ourselves. We have taken our power back and are transforming our lives.

At the level of willingness, we start to say yes to our life and set up our intentions. This is where things start to get exciting!

When we operate from a neutral state, we are in a positive state of trusting ourselves. This is powerful because in this state, we can no longer be a victim.

Courage is where we begin to take responsibility, face our internal demons and set out to live a life of integrity and authenticity.

Pride can polarize us and make us close minded. When we operate from a level of pride, we are putting up a wall around us and refusing to allow others in.

Anger has energy, but is not true power just yet.

Desire is wanting more. It's the root of scarcity mentality, addictions, obsessions, jealousy and envy.
