"If we do good for the investors, we're doing good for ourselves, and I would add to bring the tenants in the picture. You treat the tenant's rights. You create an environment, a place to live that they look like, that makes that property better run more efficient, less costly. So doing right by your tenants also ends up doing right by investors. "Well, you know, right now it's a pretty tough market to find some deals, so that's been frustrating, but you have to be disciplined. You know, it's fun to get action, but you have also to be disciplined". Arn Cedella
