In this episode, we are discussing the potential NYC real estate market outcomes for 2025. Though we are still being teased with the potential for interest rates to further decline, it seems like movement will not be as dramatic as we hoped due to out overall strong economy.
However, even a small decline in interest rates will surely stimulate the market and create more competition among buyers. But it’s not that simple.
