In 2009 Lane was asked to become a "Coach" in the national program known as the Direct Lender Alliance. As a coach in the program, he was responsible for training and mentoring hundreds of students every week through live webinar presentations.
This experience helped Lane understand the hurdles these hundreds of people were facing in the "money finding" business.
In 2015 Lane made the move to Capital Connection which has made its mission to solve the number one problem facing real estate investors and the brokers that assist them, and that is finding, vetting and connecting with the best possible sources of capital found anywhere.
The model has proven sound and Capital Connection is growing rapidly.

Alex was born and raised in beautiful Marina Del Rey. Her work ethic is the driving force behind everything she does.
Alex graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management from University of Denver and during that time studied International Business in Prague. Following graduation, Alex moved to New York to become a stock broker. She passed her Series 7/66, and within a year of doing so, had the realization that her true passion was in real estate.
She moved back to California and never looked back. Alex has structured and originated over $150 million dollars in first position loans over the past 5 years. She has extended experience with new construction, fix and flips, multi-family, special purpose commercial acquisitions, and refis. One of her favorite things about the industry is her ability to uniquely structure each deal. Alex strives to create and foster long term relationships with each of her clients.

Mark is a Vice President in NorthMarq’s Charlotte office and actively arranges debt and equity solutions for his clients. Debt and equity sources include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, life companies, CMBS, private equity and banks.
Mark has extensive experience in all types of commercial real estate and has been active in the industry since 1987. He has held positions in the commercial lending units of Travelers, MetLife, Wachovia and RAIT Financial Trust. Responsibilities included origination, structuring and underwriting within all sectors of commercial real estate. In addition to his tenure with institutional lenders, Mr. Ebersold was the VP of Development with Forsite Development, a privately-held real estate company that specialized in acquiring “value-add” opportunities in the industrial sector, and a Managing Director with Tannery Brook Partners, a boutique real estate advisory shop.
Mark has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Connecticut. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in North Carolina.

Stephanie Casper is currently Vice President Originations at CoreVest Finance. She has been with CoreVest (formerly Colony American Finance) since 2015 when she joined the firm to manage the Bridge lending business.
After graduating from The Hotel School at Cornell University, Stephanie earned her MBA at UNC Chapel Hill. Her career path has included operational management and executive level positions at companies such as GE, Marriott International, and Green Street Advisors.
Originally from the Boston area and now living in Southern California, Stephanie is a die-hard Boston sports fan still basking in the Red Sox 2018 World Series and the Patriots Super Bowl 53 wins. She is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, enjoys spinning and is a novice Crossfit athlete. In her spare time she enjoys shoe shopping, reading, and cooking with her husband.

These properties are located in emerging markets creating additional added value. He then sells or refinances the property to use the proceeds to buy more and/ or larger properties.
Mike has experience in negotiating Letters of Intent/Purchase and Sale Agreements with Banks, Private Investors, and Note Portfolio holders all with holdings of Multi-Family Apartments. He has extensive experience in working with Property Management companies implementing superior Asset Management.
