Welcome to the new episode on how to stay focus on your goals and avoid distractions. In this one, we talk about how we stay focused on our goals and cut through the noise on social media.
When you're setting out to achieve anything, you're going to face a ton of distractions. If you don't have a solid foundation of faith or confidence in yourself, you'll be easily distracted which can lead to steps in the wrong direction.
We'll cover how we stay focused, spot "pretenders" on social media, and keep taking action day after day to get us to where we want to go.
Will and Eli talk about the work life balance myth and how they believe in what they call work life integration. When you're setting out to achieve success in whatever goal you're chasing, you have to set clear expectations to your wife, girlfriend, or spouse. They discuss how they each do this with their wives and manage their family in addition to their careers.

In this episode, we spoke a bit about giving and receiving positive affirmations. At times we enjoy hearing compliments from others. One step even further, I think we tend to also feel good about giving compliments to others and encouraging them to keep up the great work, or "you are so motivating, thank you for being you"...
However, at what point does this become toxic and counterproductive for both parties.
We speak a little bit on protecting how you receive and give these types of affirmations and when it becomes toxic.
