Today we are lucky enough to have with us none other than Nicole Gozini, a junior at the University of Southern California and President of the USC Trojan Real Estate Association (TREA). Nicole will be graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development and a minor in Business Finance. When Nicole isn’t hitting the books with the hope of one day owning her own real estate company, or making a difference for the younger members of TREA, she enjoys kicking back on the beach and being USC’s equivalent of Forrest Gump, given her passion for going out on long runs.

Sam is a senior at UCLA and the Director of Events for the Bruin Real Estate Association (BREA). When he isn’t quenching his insatiable thirst for real estate knowledge or strategically budgeting, coordinating and planning networking events and making a difference for members of the Bruin Real Estate Association, Sam enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, exploring all of the amazing places to eat in Southern California, and simply hanging with his friends.
