My guest today is Loida Velasquez! Loida Velasquez -  LOIDA VELASQUEZ is a real estate agent licensed in California and Florida and has been a part of Team BC since it was founded. She, just like Bryan, built her business through cold calling and door knocking For Sale By Owners and Expireds. Currently she is the regional team leader for Team BC and oversees the agents in the west coast of the United States. At the start of her career in 2015 she also started to create content on YouTube and currently has over 87,000 subscribers where she teaches agents success tips to level up their real estate business.

Sooo excited to welcome another good pal to the podcast, live from the #SoooBoca kitchen studio! As luck would have it, for me, Karin had a cancelled flight in Fort Lauderdale, so I said come on up to Boca! I met Karin Carr in in 2018 and jumped into her YouTube for Agents program and never looked back! Now called, Video Boss Agents,  you will love her inspiration and strategies in this short interview!

How did my friend Karin go from Karin Carr REALTOR® to Karin Carr ‘Real Estate Agent Coach’? After becoming licensed as a brand new agent in 2005, her husband and she moved several times. Each time they relocated, it was like being a new agent all over again. She had zero name recognition, no sphere of influence, no database, and absolutely no market share. In June 2017, they moved from Atlanta to Savannah. ONCE AGAIN, she had to start fresh. With no clients or money coming in, she decided to go all in on her YouTube™ channel. Within two years, her YouTube channel had become responsible for 75% of her production. She has since retired from selling real estate, and she now coach entrepreneurs just like you on using video marketing to grow your business.
