Tracy Molendi warned that agents who lack knowledge of staging could prevent sales from happening by either providing inaccurate answers or discouraging clients from using staging. To build their business and satisfy clients, Molendi knew she needed to dress the serious need for agents to be educated on the value of home staging. She further pointed out that agents are not taught about staging during their licensing process, making it crucial for stagers to educate them.
