BRIAN'S PHILLY CHEESE STEAK CHILI4 pounds of very thinly sliced roast beef1 yellow pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped2 cups chopped onionGarlic powder to tasteSalt to tasteFinely shredded Swiss, Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
Mix all of the ingredients except the cheese and put them in a crock pot on low stirring often as the moisture from the roast beef is released. Once heated, top with your favorite cheese and enjoy!

Camille’s Power Bars (as featured in Keto Clarity)1 cup coconut oil, melted1 cup macadamia nut butter (almond butter ok, too)1/2 cup Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein Powder1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut1/2 cup dried cranberries (or raisins or dried cherries)1 cup slivered almonds (or pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)1/2 cup cacao nibs1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Utensils to make these bars:parchment papersmall rimmed rectangular or square baking sheet/cake pan (mines about 6x8 with 2 inch rim)mixing bowlwhisklarge knifecutting board
Whisk coconut oil, nut butter and protein powder in a medium bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients an stir. Line baking sheet/cake pan with parchment paper, making sure it goes all the way up the sides. Pour in batter, and don't let the batter touch the actual pan or it will be very messy to remove. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until solid. Lift bars out with parchment paper underneath and cut into squares on a cutting board (as pictured above). Store bars in refrigerator! This recipe must be kept pretty cold. If they get too warm, the coconut oil will melt and they will turn back into a puddle.

The Merrymaker Sisters' Chocolate Coconut Raw CakeBASE:2 cups walnuts1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut1/4 cup raw cacao powder2 tbs. ghee or coconut oil1 tsp. 100% vanilla extractpinch of salt
FILLING:1 1/2 cups unsweetened dessicated coconut1 1/2 cups coconut milk1/4 cup ghee or coconut oil1/4 cup raw cacao powder1/4 cup organic coffee beans (optional)1 tsp. 100% vanilla extractpinch of salt
Line the base of an 8-inch spring form cake tin with baking paper and grease the edges with a little coconut oil. Place all of the base ingredients into your food processor. Whiz these ingredients until a smooth paste forms. Press the base in to the cake tin, making sure you press it out evenly, covering the entire base. Place in to the freezer.
For the filling, place all the filling ingredients into the food processor and whiz. Whiz until completely smooth, this will take around 5 minutes. Take the base out of the freezer and pour the filling on top of the base. Shake the tin to even out the top and place the cake in to the fridge for around 1 1/2 hours or until set. Rub the outside of the cake tin with a hot cloth and release the spring form slowly. Cut into slices with a hot knife and store any left overs in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
