'Tara is an administrator, author, charity trustee and has created an organization called, “The Widows Walk, TWW” for short. Married at 27 and widowed at 33, she has single-handily raised 2 young adults, one of which was still in the womb when her husband left without having time to say good-bye. She has an inspirational story to share, one that show the power of God's love, light and hope on a road to recovery from a life-changing pall of darkness.

She is passionate about kingdom work, and this will become evident as she tells her story. In her personal reflections, she has created a volume chronicling her experiences. ‘Tara has a lovely smile, a sweet nature and as a single parent, has created a wholesome, nurturing environment to help her son and daughter develop into exceptionally well-rounded individuals.

‘Tara has a diverse range of interests ranging from reading, writing, cooking exotic dishes in a informal setting, period drama, mysteries and biographical accounts of interesting people. For the past 20 years she has worked in an English primary school as administrator. At her golden milestone of 50, she set out to respond to more challenges to help others. This has been rewarding, as she has been appointed a trustee, in the board of her church charity. TWW is another initiative ready to come out of incubation, to catch widows and single mothers struggling with the pressures, of walking alone trying to juggle, some really “big balls”.

‘Tara will take us on a whistle-stop, from her beginnings, early choices, life-events, responding to challenges, single-parenting, dealing with loss, re-branding herself, foraying into authoring and promises to be a roller-coaster of joy and a few tears as we listen to her story.

In this episode, Femi Ibiwoye interviews Tolulope (Tolu for short) Akinsanmi, the questions cover a fact-find, her science background, charitable efforts and foray into coaching. 'Tolu is an entrepreneur who just a few years back, felt trapped having lost her job,  ....very uncertain about her future. She was scared and torn in between building her own business and getting back into a 9-5 job. She decided to take the leap of faith, fueled with passion and guided by purpose. That decision has translated  into an educational platform that coaches, trains and supports budding female entrepreneurs online. She also founded and chairs Precious Pearls, a United Kingdom Charity. Precious Pearls, has provided much needed support to young school age girls in Essex County and provides food and hygiene products, to the needy in Thurrock. The Hope Project, is one of the initiatives of Precious Pearls and works with other charities including the British Red Cross to support the homeless and needy in Essex. In response to the lock down, Tolu and her team started a platform called  “Inspirational Moments with Diamonds and Pearls”. Professionals and subject-matter experts are invited to engage on topical issues affecting the community. Tolu is a woman on a mission, is married with children and lives in Essex.

Agbo (for short) is a banker, based in the UK. He is the founder (with his wife Funke) and coordinator of a free music concert movement, "Worship Time Events" dedicated to uplifting the souls of men and women everywhere. Agbo started his professional career in Nigeria, West Africa, relocating in the early years of the Millennium and fully settled in Essex, UK since 2003.

With over 10 years experience in this work, Ms. Busola is a chef and serves with other top chefs. Her super-power is in producing scrumptious Afro-Caribbean cuisine for the ordinary and most exacting taste buds. There is more to her than her prowess in the kitchen, she also has qualifications in Information Technology and Dress Making. A grand mother, and respected professional, she has been featured as a "Celebrity Chef" on the TV cookery show "Nija Bites".

In this episode, Femi Ibiwoye interviews 'Moorin Babawale, the questions cover a fact-find, her journey to chaplaincy, business, mentoring and deliverance from the effects of an arson attack.

'Moorin is an educator/tutor, singer-songwriter, choir director, hospital trust chaplain. She shuttles between three hospitals, a hospice, all in the Buckinghamshire. She calls herself an “octopus” 🐙 with many tentacles because as a mum she has learned to multi-task. She is passionate about kingdom work and is a perfectionist in everything she does. Her love for God, for her family and the people around her is evident to all. 

'Moorin runs a food bank from her own shipping container and works with local charities to bring hope to others. She is currently director of the Basildon Gospel Community Choir in Laindon. She owns a luxury media photo booths business [www.a5events.co.uk]. Her biggest project to date has been, producing and directing the UK Virtual Pentecost 2021. She is a great camera operator, constantly working on broadcast and production sets at Icontowers Studios UK. Moorin is also a talented photographer, Media Consultant and Designer. 

 She has been diagnosed with transverse myelitis, Carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, cancer, partial paralysis, still-births, miscarriages, loss, her house was once set on fire while she and her family were sleeping indoors. Moorin is blessed with three children and has a passion for children (Education), family and her community.

The guest speaker is a businessman, an IT expert and Entertainer. He’s a man literally from two worlds - a Briton by birth and a Nigerian by parentage. Otherwise known by his stage name, DJ OOPS, Olakunle ran E wa jo Limited and Jowa Limited from early 2000’s for a period spanning about 12 years. During this time he carved a niche for himself by setting up cultural shows in Shopping Centres across the UK.

He says his love for his fatherland, Nigeria has not diminished in spite of his birth and over 30 years stay in the United Kingdom. His cultural entertainment and educational fairs led him into providing inspiration to many particularly those from deprived backgrounds, broken homes, and with attracted Lottery Funding. He is a twin and brings a wealth of life experiences to the table

Tony Fish is a Labour Party Councilor representing Grays Riverside. He left college in 1975 with ‘A’-Levels in English and French. Worked in Insurance in London. Got involved in political activity from 1982 and subsequently several voluntary organizations around disability and youth work.

· 1990 – First Stood for election

· 1995 First elected into Thurrock Council

· 1996 – present, held various leadership posts as a councillor, including portfolio holder for ‘social care and environment; Chair of Standards and Audit Committee, Vice-Chair Licencing Committee

· 2013 – Became Mayor of Thurrock

· 2016 – Attended INAUGURAL AOFAC event, became a Trustee. Since then has been actively involved in all outreaches, campaigns and funding bids.
