This part 2 episode is where to start with addressing the bedtime problems from fear of the dark, separation anxiety, defiant behavior etc. In the previous episode we discussed identifying the problem, here we look at how to set up a structured routine for bedtime, talking about the problem with kids, giving postiive reinforcement and praise. We are setting ourselves up to make a big change and intervene with sleep which we cover in the next episode.
