REAL LIFE with J. Lee

From the day you are born you have it. You can't see it, you can't physically hold it but at a certain age you realize you have it. Puberty seems to push you to get rid of it. Once you do it could be the happiest moment of your young life or the most regrettable. Because once it's gone it's gone forever. It's your virginity.

Most of us have things we’d like to forget. Getting caught in the back seat of a car by the police. Having your pants pulled down at school. But what about a former lover? Are those memories worth saving?

J. Lee returns to the mic with his first solo episode. It’s an open and honest depiction of how life has been for him since his last show a few months ago. You’ve probably never heard him speak like this on air or in real life. But you might be able to relate.

Why isn’t mental health as much of a priority as physical health to so many of us? Each year, millions of people face the reality of living with a mental health condition. So many are unprepared due to a lack of support and knowledge. Far too many end their lives to ease the pain. On the latest episode of REAL LIFE with J. Lee & Friends we discuss our own experiences with depression, the recent suicides of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain as well as what may have driven Robin Williams to take his own life.
