Do you love you? I mean the real you, who you are right here and right now? Terms like body-shaming, body image, and eating disorders have taken the spotlight and have been the topic of many conversations thanks to the rise of social media. Talking about your own body or even someone else’s body can be extremely uncomfortable because we’ve been led to believe that there’s this perfect image of how you should look. Well, I’m here to tell you that perfect body type doesn’t exist and that you should be proud of how you look at this exact moment.

This is your sign to slow down. We never realize how fast we’re going until something bad happens. We are always looking down instead of up and not enjoying what is going on around us.
