Can you smell that gorgeous aroma? Mmm yes. That’s coffee. For your ears.
This is the first Audio Coffee since April 2020 and it is so very good to be back joining you for your Monday morning beverage (or whenever and wherever this happens to find you).
This episode is all about anxiety and some ways to help move through and soothe it. There’s a lot of extra anxiety surfacing these days with the state of the world, not to mention the vibrational energetic shift we’re experiencing as we move from 3D to 5D, so first things first, you’re not alone in feeling a little… untethered.
A few things I riff on in this episode...
I hope you find this episode helpful. Honestly, it’s just good to be back and sharing a moment with you. I really can feel you there when I record. Like we’re having a little chat.

In this episode, Lynnette Duncan looks to the stars as well as does a tarot and oracle card reading for the year 2021 that you do NOT want to miss. After a bit of a bumpy ride in 2020 (putting it mildly), I thought it would be nice to get a glance into the year to come and couldn’t think of a better person to do it.
Lynnette is a Life Purpose Astrologer, Energy and Ascension Coach, and Spiritual Strategist and does astrological natal and transit readings. You might know her as @oracleofyoursoul on Instagram and if you don’t I highly recommend checking her out. I’m lucky enough to say that she has been a mentor of mine for a number of years now and I love her dearly.
In this episode, we also talk about…
There are SO many incredible takeaways from beginning to end of this episode. I highly encourage listening from start to finish.

In this episode, I riff on letting go of a life and dream we once settled for (often for safety’s sake) in order to connect with what is trying to come through now.
I offer some journal prompts to help you steer your focus toward the new dream your soul is wanting to connect with (r as mentioned on the podcast “side-eyeing your future”), as well as pull a card from the Sacred Rebels Oracle deck.
I also might mention your soul smoking and a dingy in the Atlantic at some point. But you’ll just have to tune in to hear it. ;)
If you need a little perspective shift on this year or a little bit of a boost, this might just be the remedy.
Lots of love as always!
Your Host,
Katie B

In this episode, I do a quick riff on what I’ve been noticing energetically and dive right into the Sacred Rebels Oracle deck with three cards I couldn't not share with you.
My hope is that it gives you a giggle, some peace of mind, and leaves you with a bit more space in your day.
Until we’re back to our regular (or brand new) programing expect some more creative and varied episodes like this.

In this episode, I talk with Debra Silverman who, I have to say, might just be one of my favorite humans of all time.
Debra’s journey with astrology started in the Dentist chair and resulted in over 40-years of working professionally to help thousands of individuals achieve emotional health and wisdom based on their unique personality and the four elements: water, air earth, and fire. Which we dive deeper into in this episode. Spoiler alert, my missing element is earth and I am pretty much all air and water. As Debra lovingly put it, “we’re just two airheads having a chat".
We talk about…
And MUCH, much more.
Also, at the time of this episode release, Debra is putting out a course called Inner View which a self-study version of her Applied Astrology course. If you resonated with this episode I highly recommend checking it out.

Hey you human.
It’s been a while since I sat down with a mic and set of notes (which of course, I never stick to), and it felt good.
The RRP was put on hold for what was originally going to be just one week but faster than I could blink turned into 3-months. To the day in fact. It goes without saying that 2020 has been a bit of an overwhelming and wild ride. For me, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The thing that tipped me much faster in the direction I already was headed. Total burnout.
This year has done that for most of us. It has forced us to come face-to-face with our deepest darkest demons. Which ultimately is a very good thing, but in the process of it all, not exactly fun.
In this episode, I go over why exactly I paused the podcast, the biggest takeaways from my leave, and what plans are coming down the pipeline for this next iteration as it unfolds over the coming months. I also address how things will be changing in regards to deepening and expanding the kind of guests I have on. Meaning, including people from all different walks of life, all different colors, all different experiences, and from all different places.
For now, I will leave you to dive into this very haphazard episode as I get my recording sea legs back.
I’ve missed you.

Your Host,
The world is going through a massive awakening right now. The dust has been kicked up and I get the feeling it will be a while before it settles. And that's a good thing. Things have needed to change for a long, long time. And now they are.
Things are also changing here at the RRP. This is a quick riff in the place of Monday's usual Audio Coffee programming to let you know what's going to be different moving forward (as far as I know so far) and why.
It's time for a serious integrity cleanse.

In this episode, I talk with Natalie Kuhn VP of programming and one of the founding teachers of The Class by Taryn Toomey. If you’re looking for an episode that will ground you and lift you up at the same time, this is the one.
Usually, I like to dive into people’s stories and hear about the journey they’ve been on, however, this conversation just flowed into its own thing. And it was awesome. We talk about our True Home, the home within, and how to best support our body’s in order to have a clearer outlook on life. We also dive into how to BE in times of uncertainty, how to be with and transmute uncomfortable emotions, the importance of breathing and meditation, and many, many other good things.
Listening to Natalie is being like butter melting in a pan. It’s no wonder she does the work she does. I hope you enjoy this episode with the incredibly grounding, incredibly wise, and incredibly nourishing Natalie Kuhn.
For the next month, things are going to be a bit different over here at the RRP.

__________
In this episode of the Real Rebel Podcast Audio Coffee edition, we riff on the process of shifting into new creation and inviting light back into our lives. I originally was going to call this episode “Why the F*ck Not” but changed my mind as I sometimes do. However, in essence, the sentiment is really quite similar.
And that is to let go, to play, to dream, to start to welcome the light back in.
When we’ve been in a process of integration for a while, it can be such a relief when things start to shift toward the better. It can feel as if we’ve been looking through a blurry unfocused camera lens and finally things are starting to come into focus.
It doesn’t mean we necessarily have the picture in frame yet. But it means we’re on our way. It’s just a matter of zeroing in on the vision we know we want to capture for ourselves.
For the next month, things are going to be a bit different over here at the RRP.

On this episode, I talk with Mark Groves a Human Connection Specialist and founder of Create the Love.
This is an incredibly powerful episode and a Valentine’s Day exclusive all on love and relationships. What I love about Mark is his depth of knowledge, unbridled honesty, and ability to make seemingly complex and confusing topics around love and relationships simple, clear, and easy to digest.
