Real Seekers

Phil Bair invited me onto his Podcast, The Cross to Bair, to discuss and review his recent debate with the Atheist YouTuber Juan from Modern Atheism on Jesus' Resurrection.RSM Blog = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2025/12/26/reason-theology-debate-did-jesus-rise-from-the-dead-w-juan-from-modern-atheism-vs-phil-bair/

The Atheist host of Skeptics and Seekers, David Johnson, completed a 10 week series arguing that Jesus and the New Testament directly contradict and thus abolish the Old Testament covenant in several ways. The Biblical truth is that Jesus and the NT fulfilled the Old covenant- watch as David and I debate the issues.RSM Blog (with free scholarly sources) = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/02/07/jesus-the-old-testament-abolished-or-fulfilled-part-1-debate-w-ss-atheist-david-johnson/

Guy Powell returns to the Shroud Wars on Real Seekers to share his in depth research on the Pro-Shroud argument for authenticity based on Art history. Guy has looked at every artistic image and has made some remarkable findings and come to some interesting conclusions.RSM Blog = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/02/06/the-shroud-argument-from-art-history-evaluated-w-guy-powell/

I present my unique argument for God from Beauty whereby I argue the best explanation for the 7 aesthetic facts of our world is Theistic Dispositional Realism. The Atheist Juan from Modern Atheism goes for Aesthetic Subjectivism instead. Who's right?RSM Blog = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/02/01/arguing-god-from-beauty-w-atheist-juan-from-modern-atheism/

I was honoured to have Dr. Dale Allison, famous Biblical scholar and historian on the show to share his considerable knowledge about Jesus' Resurrection and promote his newest books (see below). We go over various theological, philosophical and historical issues.RSM Blog = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/01/22/the-resurrection-of-jesus-from-a-historical-perspective-w-dr-dale-allison/

In this special fan request show, I'm joined by miracle healing experts Caleb Jackson & Matheiau Lavagna to discuss the evidence from Catholic miracle healings in general and with respect to three particular Roman Catholic healers who Real Seekers fan, Jayfeather, asked me to address. His request was as follows;" Robert Sarno the Vatican miracle investigator and Gabriel Amorth the exorcist). Have you, perhaps, read about them? I've also recently heard about another person (thanks to a film: "The Great Warning") - Alan Ames. He had an experience of being attacked by a devil and had an 'illumination of conscience'. Since then he became a global evangelizer and healed many people. He has made many videos and written many books about his conversion.I'm asking you, because I have no other people who would verify such claims and it's nice to confront my views with someone's else :)So, if you have any time, I'd be glad to hear from you!Have a nice day :)"Well Jay, I got your back, here is the show as requested with a couple of friends and experts who know more about the heallers in question, in fact Caleb actually knows Robert Sarno personally, so hope this is helpful :)RSM Blog = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/01/20/assessing-catholic-miracle-healers-healings-w-caleb-jackson-matheiau-lavagna/

Prof. Tavo San Abri joins me for a third time to tackle a recent video attacking his credibility by the notorious Atheist YouTuber, Paulogia!

Over a month ago, Paulogia posted his video entitled, "Can Professor Owl FAIL my Resurrection Hypothesis?" and Prof. Owl (aka. Tavo) wishes to provide a detailed and rigorous point by point response responding to the various counters Paulogia presented against his arguments.Enjoy folks :)RSM Blog =

Jack Markwardt returns to provide his detailed assessment of the pros and cons of the 13-14 historical hypotheses covering the period from 1201-1355 A.D.; this is the period known in Shroud studies as "The Missing Years". Lydia McGrew joins me again to discuss some of her substantive problems with the Minimal and Moderate Facts Approaches in favour of using a Maximal Facts Approach. Lydia and I have some disagreements where we are not on the same page on every issue, yet we will always be on the same team serving Christ. As a bonus at the end, Harry Stark productions provides a brief clip of a Jewish Christian defending John Chrysostom against Jewish claims that he was a racist pig. The truth is the exact opposite!RSM Blog (with free scholarly sources) = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/01/08/maximal-vs-minimal-moderate-facts-approach-w-lydia-mcgrew-harry-stark-bonus-on-john-chrysostom/

Happy New Year Real Seekers! We have a jam packed January full of shows and special guests, but I just wanted to start the year off with a short video giving a Biblical response to the Rabyd Atheist who has taken it upon himself to rechristen me as "Rancor Seeker" in order to include me in his childish Star Wars inspired Atheistic fantasy world. While such juvenile jovialities are amusingly trivial to me, I felt providing a Scriptural response to such antics would be an appropriate and edifying way to kick off the year 2026 on Real Seekers by way of a response. After that short 5 min lesson in morality for Rabyd and his Atheist fans, we turn back to a special double feature of looking at art parodies in contemporary culture from Harry Stark- I confess I'm not sure what the relevant point is related to Christianity or apologetics, but maybe someone more familiar with the video games involved would have a better idea.RSM Blog = https://realseekerministries.wordpress.com/2026/01/05/happy-new-year-rabyd-atheists-rancor-seeker-harry-stark-art-parodies-double-feature/
