You blew it, we get it. We've all been there. But where do we go from there? Jody and Shawna talk about the difference between shame and conviction. Shame lies to you about your identity. It tells you your future is hopeless, this is who you are and this is who you always will be. Conviction, the work of the Holy Spirit, calls you to repentance and reminds you of who you really are in Christ and leads you in living it out.

Whether its physical healing or emotional and physical exhaustion, no matter what you are facing, you can put your hope in God. God is with you, He has a plan, He is at work, His timing is perfect, we can trust Him. "Be still, and know that He is God." Psalm 46:10
