I don't want to hear about New Year's Resolutions. I want to hear about NOW Resolutions. Stop waiting and start doing

Start thinking of yourself as a strategist. A strategist is a person who takes themselves out of the equation and looks at the overall business from the outside - in to see what’s working and what isn’t. As the owner, manager or partner of a business, we may ask ourselves “What’s working- why it’s working and “What’s not working - why isn’t it working” but that’s as far as we take it. I’ve got 4 additional questions we should all be asking ourselves over the next 6 weeks and implementing into our 2021  approach.

4 Questions: in order for me to take my business to the next level ..

1. What do I need to stop doing? This answer can be personal or business related. What am I doing that’s bringing me anxiety, draining my energy & eating up my time & focus. Something that if it went away you would be in a better spot to win

2. What do I need to start doing? Think about things you are reluctant to do. Exercise, diet for energy. Picking up the phone and making calls. Marketing investments. Your biggest breakthrough is hidden inside those things you are reluctant to do.

3. What do I need to do less? Don’t spend too much time on something with no ROI. Is it social media?

4. What do I need to do more of? You know what you do well. What would happen if you had more time to focus on these strengths? If you did these things more consistently you will see immediate success

It’s not getting any simpler than that. Apply these questions into your life over the next 6 weeks so you are on the right path going into 2021
