My family is messed up like I can’t go back and really say when my family has ever been like that “white picket fence family“ but even with a messed up family, the warrior scars my family embedded into me will only make me stronger. See everyone is so stuck in having this perfect family but the real thing is there is no such thing as perfect and the things that we have once seen only as a disadvantage can become our advantage.

Our parents can be a little uptight at times, but the relationship we have with them can carry-on throughout our life. Lack of communication, understanding, and trust goes back to the lack of independents because if someone can’t trust you, why would they want you to do things on your own. A lack of trust is something that can ruin any relationship (from a friend to friend - to husband and wife, even parent to child).

Stop blaming others, and Stop being unable to control your anger. Throughout my whole life, if something goes wrong...somehow magically I did it… WTH did I do to make you feel like I'm the problem when you messed up. We all need to have control of our emotions and take ownership when we mess-up there’s nothing wrong with failing, but when you don't realize that, only chaos will follow.

I’ve been focusing and working on myself on a daily but sometimes my Anxiety just comes naturally. For me personally, there are two main reasons why I get anxiety the first reason is I focus all my attention on a topic or situation way too much and it affects me mentally. The definition of anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and physical changes like increased blood pressure. But the most important keywords of anxiety is (Tension being mental strain-worrisome thoughts meaning stress and physical changes) This is important because having anxiety, depression is usually what comes with it, you’re creating a mental strain on yourself constantly having thoughts and emotions and feelings

I'm tried for being that meme “ I'm alive but I'm dead😛” I been living but not really living for way too long and it’s crazy. In today's world, too many people go living their life not really counting themselves… like you exist but u never noticed that u exist. When you’re focusing on yourself, you don’t just say random things. Everything you say should be pushing u to be and do better and having a deep value with meaning makes all the difference. Stop Being half-dead and just live!  Be alive and happy. 

We just need to open your ears and listen sometimes😅. There are multiple things that our parents do that we don’t understand. I’m not gonna lie and sit back and say our parents don’t have the biggest impact on us as a child but are they the ones to Blame… I mean ain’t nobody perfect, but they tend to treat us in a way that constantly making us feel emotional and sometimes physically unstable. So today's topic is (PARENTS).
