after being MIA, I have decide to release an episode about things I have learnt this year and things I am hoping to accomplish in the new year.

happiness is a feeling and we tend to think about as a state which unconsciously implies an expectation of happiness to be long term. I want to challenge this idea by reminding you of its roots.
