About a year ago I got into a huge argument that left me at a loss for words. That heated conversation forced me to see myself in a very different and new perspective. What I discovered is that I’ve been lost and desperately needed to recalibrated and refocus. So I started seeing a therapist to dissect my thoughts and really dig deep to find answers. A year after starting therapy I’m now starting to open up and share honestly. #reaktalk

I’ve been struggling with taking care of my own health and wealth by always over-extending myself to the people around me to the point that I felt guilty when I physically couldn’t do it.
