We’re recapping episode 5 of the Housewives of Lagos and things are heating up on Day 3 of the girls trip to Epe. We applaud Tiannah for catching on to Dr. Rommel’s shady ways. We also question if Iyabo is the Queen Bee of the cast especially since it seemed like her main event was geared towards embarrassing Faith.

We don’t like Mean Girls here fave’s… we finally close things off mainly praising the show but also looking at what doesn’t work like the awkward tennis match between Chioma and Faith as well as everything wrong about Tania.

We’re recapping a brand new show on the pod faves, called Bae Beyond Borders and we could not be more excited for the potential that this show has. We talk about the shows franchising potential and how we could see it being filmed all around the continent. We also look at the amazing cast, boast about the beautiful women we have in South Africa before we Siz lists his favourite men. Last but not least we meticulously analyze Peter’s exceptional manner in which he woo’s Zeze. At this point Peter has us asking, “Kingsley who?”

We enter our 2nd week of reviewing the Housewives of Beverly Hills and while this episode might have been a bit mild we have high hopes for the rest of the season. We question if we’ll be seeing a softer side of Erika Jayne this season, cringe at Sutton never getting asked for a 2nd date and the challenges that come with dating in the 21st century.

Lastly, we ask ourselves if Crystals presence was really missed in last weeks episode and Sizins has his own theory as to why her brother didn’t get married. We also marvel at the new era housewives is in and spill a bit of Bravocon tea.

Just like Eddie Murphy in well… every comedic franchise he’s acted in, we’re black, black, black, black again, so put your seatbelt on fave’s cause we’re going full throttle!

Before recapping episode’s 1 & 2, we start things off with a little recap about our lives and where we’ve been for the last 10/12 months. We then jump into the new season of the Real Housewives of Lagos, critiquing the taglines (which Sizins takes very seriously) and giving our first impressions on new housewives Faith and Tania as well as the new friendship dynamics that have formed between the first and the second season.
