We finally meet MaKhumalo this episode after weeks of waiting and the ladies (Londie, Laconco and Annie) do not seem impressed. Laconco particularly, who allegedly has seen a side to her that five seasons of uThando Nesthembu has not been able to bring out. Jojo and Nonku also have a touching heart to heart after a tense disagreement at MaKhumalo’s dinner and The Queen confronts Annie.

If you thought we were going to watch MaKhumalo interact with the ladies this episode you’re sorely mistaken. Instead we’re treated with 9 filler scenes filled with mid gossip, a tense moment of words between Nonku and Annie and a few exchanges between the housewife’s and their husbands. It looks like we’ll have to wait one more week before we observe how MaKhumalo fits into this tense dynamic.
