Let the healing journey begin!! In this episode we begin to discuss “Who is Kim?” It’s a fast paced fly over of my childhood and moments I believe impacted who I became. I want to shout out my best friend Beth. I made mention of her but failed to continue to mention how we are still best friends to this day. We found the light!

Also, if you take anything from this episode, please let it be that you talk with your children. They are going through a lot. I can’t even imagine how much worse with all this technology. They shouldn’t have to bottle up thoughts. I’m not sure how to get them to open up. Uno. Lol. Be a friend that listens. They need that.

If you are a younger listener and need someone to talk to, reach out. To me. To someone at school. An aunt. A parent. Get it off of your chest. Don’t let yourself believe the lies that other people who don’t know you or love you say about you. You are fearlessly and beautifully made!
