Who has time for a FULL WEEKEND RETREAT - and one where you have to FLY to it!?!? Well, apparently I do - even though I tried to escape it for months! Check out what happened and why YOU need one, too! 

I went from Cloud 9 last night to an unmotivated BLOB this morning! So, what did I do about it? Listen in ... it's a short one but a good one!

In the early part of my journey - researching this "Catholic thing" I had to look at my entire life, all my beliefs and reconcile myself with God. Why? I found out that I had many Mortal Sins on my soul and I wasn't going to take the chance and gamble with my eternal salvation. Even if this "Catholic Thing" is wrong (which after my research I KNOW it is NOT) I wasn't willing to take any chances.  So the second Sunday (Divine Mercy Sunday) I went to Confession after 26 years. This is a serious, deep and challenging episode and a little bit longer, but it is so important.

Typically, people stop any new challenge after a couple of weeks... New Year's Resolutions, Diets, Exercise Programs... So, where are you with your sacrifice for Lent? Have you given up because you failed here and there? You better listen to this one! Super short....straight to the point!

Are you stressing out?  Maybe you're anxious or worried or yeah, plain old stressed out! I can relate - I had that happen to me this week! Something started to eat at me and, well, you can listen to find out what happened next! 

God answers ALL prayers, but sometimes it's not exactly how we want them answered. I have had many prayers and graces bestowed on me and some, not so much ... BUT the answers to those prayers was MUCH better than what I wanted anyway! Listen to what I mean ...

You know, I always look for God but I never realized how important it is to have some spiritual companions on the journey until this last year of my ministry.  WOW - it has absolutely changed my life and I couldn't have gotten through some of the tough times without these people - men and women of all ages and nationalities.  Have a listen and get out there and meet some NEW people....

Why is it so hard to forgive people? I struggled BIG TIME to forgive a few people in my life, but I knew I had to, because God won't forgive me unless I do! Listen to hear how I finally forgave and was free...

Why in the world would I say that temptation is a good thing?  I didn't used to think that a few years ago and I had a HUGE problem with all of the horrible temptations in my life! But listen to see where I am now and how I have embraced temptation...
