You gotta commit yourself daily to be a better person and give yourself and time to God.  And if you can - you should really go to daily Mass, too. Listen to what I mean and how my daily commitment has changed my life.

It's funny, I used to give up something every Lent, even though I didn't have a clue why and I wasn't practicing my faith for decades.  It was all about me losing weight or getting in shape. And I never stuck with it, fell off the wagon after days, I wonder why? Ha! This Lent has already been so powerful - because I am focusing on what is important and taking it day by day....
