It appears Kody is not legally identified as Truly's father, sparking a lawsuit that could make for a fascinating storyline in the reality show's upcoming Sister Wives season. 

The family's polygamous lifestyle has led to complex legalities, with Christine seeking not only child support but also retroactive payments and sole custody.
