First it was shoulders and now is necks, who knows what's next. Let's understand why and look into the age old argument of boys will be boys. Should women be covering up or should men learn to control themselves.

Despite the many issues with our education systems, we can start by understanding how children and people learn to begin with. I touched on my experience of caning in school and how that affected me to this day versus how my education is now in the Netherlands and of course a comparison with the Finnish education system.
