After collecting a couple final things (such as some extra cash and a pin with 3 parallel lines that matches the one Thomas wears in Anthony’s picture) and seeing Morse walk away from the compound, the group all made their way to the train station through a challenge. With a bit of shenanigans in the descriptions but doing well, there the group found a few of the YBB police force (known as the Black Walls) standing by just to see if the newly minted fugitives would come through the area. The party dispatched them without too much trouble and left a message behind saying they are not the ones that murdered Oculus. Now they head into the In Between, the miles long train tunnel in between All and Eternity cities.

An overall successful heist. You were able to sneak in, Dollfour heard someone practice a speech about genetic dolls on the way in. Ro did a pretty good job disabling cameras and other tech, only letting Anthony and Dollfour be seen for just a few seconds, enough to let some others know something was wrong but not enough to identify the intruders. And with a final successful combined roll on the way out, the party was able to sneak out and head to freedom. Only to find Oculus and most of the Canaries already massacred on the train, with some evidence that the three of you are being framed for it. By who, why, and why anyone cares being questions for another time. But the agreement was still fulfilled and Anthony was able to find out his mother’s situation. Which is: dead by his own hands. With all of you on the run at this point, Morse shared some information with you. He said Oculus knew something about Anthony’s oldest brother Thomas, and he heard something on the other end of the mysterious communication device that made him grateful to live in Iuban. He has told you to get out of here, as he can’t go with you because he’s chipped. And anywhere he goes, others will be able to follow.

Let’s hope that the preparations have been enough, because a lot hangs in the balance here. Dollfour’s admin codes were retrieved, but family is on the line. Aces was able to have a decoy placed in the museum vault, and got Anthony on the security team. Dollfour was able to gain access as a servant. And the boys will have to trust that Ro will be following along in the Dark Web, deactivating tech for them as they go. With some luck, the three will be on their merry way before this new tech is even revealed.

The Dark Web should prove to be a useful tool. Machines can be caused to glitch, and apparently that includes doll chips. However, that gave mixed results for Dollfour. There are some backup plans and contingencies being made between Anthony and Aces. Ro has just as many questions as before, if not more, about something her father made and found some plans for behind her wall. And now some final preparations are being made for the heist.

And if the group helps him, he’s promised to make it worth their while, if they don’t…there are people at stake. Now the group is in the back of a building, with Ro and Anthony about to learn what the Dark Web is.
