The NFL having a problem with Kaepernick wanting to film his on workout will NEVER sit right in our book. Between shady waivers & not trying to be transparent Colin was in the right with moving his workout. 

Having drama on vacation is never ok. If that happens maybe you should evaluate the company you keep & make better choices moving forward.

Americans have GOT to do better about taking vacations. If we vacationed more we would probably see a HUGE decrease in stress. 2019 isn't over so go ahead & take a break from that trifling job.

Now more than ever when we see police our first instinct is to freeze. It honestly feels like WE are under attack. Just the week Atatiana Jefferson was brutally murdered by police for playing a video game in her house. This foolishness has got to stop. 

When it comes to forgiveness why do black people have to be the face of it? It's ok to NOT be in a forgiving mood. It is more than ok to NOT be ok.

Sometimes we have to take time & be SELF-ish. Your personal Spiritual, Mental, Emotional & Physical health should be MOST important.
