Actress and writer Rebecca Humphries shares her side of the story with Clover Stroud this week. 

Rebecca describes the ”bin fire” of a break-up that led to her side of the story going viral, why she didn’t know she was in a toxic relationship and what it felt like to reclaim her voice.

She also shares advice on how to date healthily, she describes the bravery of facing life without alcohol and the pair discuss the misappropriation of therapy speak.
