Okay, wow, man. I'm not sure why this is the case, but in the rap, the rhyme scheme sounds like it falls apart in one place, and I'm still trying to figure out why. Logically speaking, these 2 lines should work together:Let's go to Timmy and Bobby's place andListen to Willie Nelson cuz he's grand"And" rhymes with "Grand," right? And "Grand" and "And" are in the same places of these lines, in terms of where they fall on the beat and everything. And yet, it sounded like the second line needed to be:"Listen to Willie Nelson cuz he's great"It's like my ears wanted the rhyme to go with "place" instead of "and" - I'm not sure why, so I went in there and changed "grand" to "great." The Audacity free digital audio workstation came in handy and I could just throw in a "great." So, this version of the song is identical to the one I posted yesterday, with that one teeny tiny little modification. I couldn't listen to the song without that weird falling-apart-rhyme-scheme-thingy sticking in my craw. I'm leaving the original one up, though, because there might be some people out there whose ears prefer the "and - grand" rhyme scheme. Man-alive.In any event, if there's someone out there who is better at rapping than me, feel free to give me some feedback. But you don't have to.
