For many people there's discontent in life. We are educated in wrong ways. If we could know that we actually have happiness inside us, we could improve better. But they taught us to give effort because we have to reach material things and have to reach much money. But all the work and effort at the end in many cases lead to burnout and depression. And then - in the best case - one finds meditation to become better and find out of depression, and at the end find his or her Higher Self. Depression often comes with negative thoughts.
