Regrets— a heavy, complex emotion.. Everyone has them but what does that relationship look like? On one hand we have the ideology that “everything happens for a reason” though through exploring that, we can also acknowledge that regret is a valuable tool that impacts us every day and teaches us to be better humans.

In “Regrets and an Accidental Rave” we explore each of our very different relationships with the concept of regret. We share our individual experiences, lessons and stories of regret and how these events shaped us in moving through life and dealing with this complex emotion. We also discussed our tools for coping with and processing regret in the healthiest ways possible.
