Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to season 4, episode 14: Sons of Mogh. We've got a lot of Klingon stuff in this episode including guest star Tony Todd as Worf's brother Kurn. But there's also some other Klingon shenanigans going on near the station and Kira and Miles are on the case.

Worf's brother is having a crisis. He's lost his place on the council, his name is mud and he is disgraced. He wants Worf to kill him and send him to Sto'Vo'Kor...the trouble is this isn't a very Starfleet thing to do! At the same time, Kira and Miles stumble into the Klingons dropping mines just outside of Bajoran space. I'm sure they have a very good reason for this...but Starfleet and Bajor aren't going to just let it happen.

Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to season 4, episode 13: Return to Grace. It's another episode of Kira forced on a mission with that jerk Gul Dukat! Kira must just want to punch this guy every time she sees him, yet she keeps getting paired with him! And of course, he is his usual unpleasant self (I mean what else would you expect). And while the episode has an appearance by guest star Marc Alaimo, the podcast has an unexpected appearance of Pooky the cat. You'll just have to listen in and see where she pops up.

Dukat has arrived to escort Kira to some far off summit (much to her distaste) - oh how the mighty have fallen from military "great" to ferry driver! One good thing on this mission is Kira gets to hang out with Ziyal, Dukat's half-Bajoran daughter. But every other thing that happens is bad. Not only do they end up in a battle with a much more powerful Klingon ship, but Kira has to endure dinner with Dukat. Gross. Dukat continues to hit on her and try to schmooze her. So Kira spends her time not only trying to vomit over the grossness of Dukat, but also trying to help the Cardassians think differently. They are no longer the strongest fish in the pond.

Instead it's an exploration of Odo's deep hidden love for Kira! Guest star Duncan Regehr is back as Shakaar, but they have messed up his hair big time. This dude should not have bangs. What were they thinking?

First Minister Shakaar comes to the station for some negotiations with the Federation. While he's there we watch Odo die a little on the inside as someone else steals Kira's heart right in front of him (again). Odo and Worf increase security on the station as Shakaar receives death threats, but Odo is distracted by his unrequited love and has to get some advice on love from Quark. Yep, Quark. Go figure.

Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to season 4, episode 7: Little Green Men. In this episode we learn Quark, Rom and Nog are the aliens that visited Roswell in 1947. I mean this actually makes a lot of sense and results in some very amusing gags.

Quark's cousin gives him a ship as payment for an old debt, but the joke is on Quark as the ship is rigged to fail. When Rom tries a desperate act of Star Trek science to save them, they end up going back in time and landing in Roswell, NM in 1947. Some of this episode is cute (like this time travel stuff) and some of this episode is not (like tricking the female nurse into performing physical acts of pleasure on the Ferengi ears). So...yeah, was that really necessary? Another attempt at Ferengi humor...which seems to be funny to a very narrow audience. *SIGH*

Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to season 4, episode 6: Starship Down. This week we have an action packed episode where Sisko makes a risky decision putting the Defiant in crisis. When our crew is cut off from each, they scramble to save the ship from certain disaster! We have a lot of people on the ship that we've never seen before (spoiler, they're not all alive at the end of the episode) and we have special guest star James Cromwell NOT playing Zefram Cochrane.

Sisko takes the Defiant into the volatile atmosphere of a gas giant in attempt to rescue some Karemma from two Jem'Hadar cockroaches. And this decision proves costly when several crew members are quickly lost in a Jem'Hadar attack. Sisko suffers a potentially fatal head injury, Dax sucks in a lung full of a deadly gas and Worf is mean to some engineers. I mean come on, a lot is going on!

Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to season 4, episode 5: Rejoined. We've got some Trill drama when former lives cross paths on the station. Susanna Thompson guest stars as Dr. Lenara Kahn the widow of Dax's former host Torias. And because the Trill are kind of jerks, they shame anyone who connects with their past loves.

Sisko tries to avoid this entire problem by suggesting Dax tax a vacation before Dr. Lenara hits the station, but does she listen? No! And does he say "I told you so"? No! But he should have because this turns into a whole big drama where Dax falls back into love with someone she doesn't really know. I guess that only makes sense in the land of Trill.

But I would be remiss if I didn't point out the greatest thing in this episode: The costumes. Lenara looks amazing, it's true, but everyone pales in comparison to the stunning new dress uniform that Kira sports. Where has this been my whole life!? Yes, I understand what this episode is about and how groundbreaking it is and blah blah blah...BUT LOOK AT KIRA'S OUTFIT!
