If you feel like you're in a perpetual state of dieting and not getting anywhere, there's probably one sole reason why.
As nutritionists, we often see people failing diets and programmes for a single reason: adherence - or lack thereof.
If you're looking to lose or gain weight, or even maintain your current weight, adherence is the key to your success.
This week's podcast, we look at the steps that lead to failure; and how you can counter this, the steps that lead to success.
You don't need a fad, a challenge or a buzzword diet to succeed, you just need to adhere to your goals (and listen to this podcast).

Influencers have had a radical impact on the health and media industries, from information sharing, to sponsored content and branding, and giving a platform for athletes and coaches.
But has that impact been positive?
On this episode, we discuss the good, the bad and the outright dangerous effects influencers had, and do have on the health industry.
Influencers are widely unregulated, and COVID has only made it more apparently there are unqualified personalities making comments and sharing opinions on health.
We talk about some examples of the bad, some of the best and the in-between of social media and the impact it has had on the general population.

Some are more complex - what is our opinion on transgendered athletes competing at an Olympic level or how do you want to be remembered? Others are more simple - how tall is James or how do we take our Milo?
But we’ve wedged some information in with the entertainment - tune in and if you have a question about training, health and nutrition that you want answered, slide into our DMs on Instagram.
