Torey shares her story of how she moved from guilt and shame to healing and triumph. It is a compelling story. Her abuse occurred when she was a gymnast competitor in her teen years. She shares how she recovered and moved her life forward, especially after the trial and verdict.

Hey hey! It's Jane! Sometimes we are closer than we realize to achieving our goal - achieving our dreams. The journey can be exhausting and many times, we quit because our hearts can't take the roller coaster ride any longer.
In this episode, I share how I was about to quit but made one last phone call -- that ended up changing my life.
Don't quit! If you feel like you are down and out - take a break, a rest and then get back on track! Talk to people, share your feelings and break the isolation! Look for ways to move the needle and keep going. Use self care as a way to recharge.
