I met Nozi exactly 10 years ago, and I was new to the company we both worked for. 10 years later Nozi is fulfilling her desires and dreams, and knowing this was the work she was meant to be doing. It took some discomfort for her to realise that this meant she was not in the place she was meant to be. She met a coach who helped her articulate what she wanted, and then she knew.
