July 03, 2020 Update: Episode is late due to Fact Finding
I am researching, as much as I am able, into the disappearance and alleged death of Vanessa Guillen. As far as I have looked into it thus far, Fort Hood has, in my opinion, been negligent in their duties to find Vanessa.

And sadly, she is not the only missing soldier to have disappeared from that base in recent times.

So, I need to do more research and fact find rigorously. As such, this will take a bit more time. I'll have the episode out tomorrow afternoon, and I'll post more updates as they come forward.

My condolences to the Guillen Family. No one should have to bury their child. My heart goes out to them.

Today's episode is a bit late in the day, but it's still Sunday!

June 12, 2020 Rant: American Christianity is Bullshit
If I have to see one more post about how "God will provide, let's open the economy," I'm gonna lose my mind. these so called Christians make a mockery of what their own prophets and God stood for. Self responsibility, compassion and empathy for others, helping those in need - they care not for the blood in the streets, so long as their stocks go up and their retirement funds are safe.

These people have replaced God with the golden calf, yet still proclaim to be part of the flock. It's abhorrent.

June 04, 2020 Rant: Apologies are (usually) Bullshit
I over apologize a lot. As far as I can figure, it boils down to my need to make other people approve of me, and my lack of self worth.

If the apology is not followed by action to rectify it, it is useless. Often, when I am sorry, I do nothing to change myself to avoid whatever it was I apologized for from happening again.

Do I need to change? Often times, I do not. Which begs the question: Why apologize at all?

I just woke up and was thinking about how I define my own value. I don't know what makes me valuable, or what that means to me - but I know there is something there to discover, and I know that I cannot let others define me.

I must define myself, and I must seek my own definitions. I think I'm moving in the right direction, and that is enough. It has to be.
