We discuss foods that maintain and build health. These are fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, sweeteners, and supplements.
We will discuss how these foods support each other in the building of a healthy diet with an eye to proper food combinations. We also vary the foods, thus avoiding appetite exhaustion. We will also discuss juicing, since many people are not able to tolerate raw vegetables in any quantity. Juicing is a wonderful means of obtaining concentrated nutrition from more vegetables than we can eat at one sitting if we were to consume the vegetables whole.
Other nutrients, such as salt, Dulce, seasoning herbs, and vitamin/mineral supplements are also discussed as part of the nutritional whole.
