Recovering from teacher burnout can be challenging when you are working against old habits and mindsets. In this episode, I share the inspiring story of a former burned-out teacher and Burned-In Teacher University student Alyssa who was able to apply the Burned-In Teacher principles to turn her life around and is no longer surviving, but thriving in her current teaching position. Through small habit and mindset shifts, Alyssa was able to overcome her burnout and find joy in the classroom once again.
