And we're back! Stacy and I continue our conversation about getting older. The focus is on me reflecting on my 40s as I am about to turn 50. Topics covered include midlife crisis, sexualizing the body, body image dysmorphia, feeling unsafe in a sexualized body, losing the male gaze, not wanting to be a cougar, badass older women, and more. This is my opinion about the kids' books and movies that we should watch to aid our recovery, particularly for ACoA. I want to reiterate that the first two are AUDIOBOOKS (don't watch the movies) and the last three are Pixar animation movies.
